Our Mission
Our mission is to set the standard in pre-hospital emergency services both in patient care and satisfaction; and to perform above and beyond any expectations placed upon us by either our communities or associated healthcare professionals.
Since 2002, NorthWest EMS has been committed to providing the highest level of emergency medical care and transportation possible. As one of Allegheny County's largest EMS agencies, we have five ambulance stations strategically located in McKee's Rocks, Ben Avon Borough, Crafton Borough, North Fayette Township and Findlay Township serving fifteen communities in southwestern Pennsylvania as well as the Pittsburgh International Airport. As our services continue to expand and improve, our underlying dedication to serving others remains the driving force behind all of our operations.
Behind every successful organization is a team of dedicated, passionate employees. Our team of over 120 EMTs, AEMTs, Paramedics, PHRNs and support staff; along with our fleet of thirteen Advanced Life Support ambulances, three Advanced Life Support response vehicles and other specialty resource vehicles, help us to lead the way in technology and superior service while maintaining our complete dedication to all of our communities and facilities.
We encourage you to spend time at our site exploring what we do, where we are in your community, and how we can be of service to you.
