NorthWest EMS operates 9 'Advanced Life Support' (ALS) ambulances to provide continuous coverage to our many service areas. We operate from three base locations including; Bellevue, McKees Rocks, and North Fayette.

NorthWest EMS operates one Advanced Life Support squad positioned for full time support operation.

EMS Operations District Chiefs are on duty 24 hours/day, routinely assigned to Squad 190. The EMS District Chiefs oversee field operations on a full time basis, focusing on system status management, Incident Command, and Medical backup assistance.

NorthWest EMS provides service to the areas of Avalon, Bellevue, Ben Avon, Ben Avon Heights, Emsworth, Ingram, Kennedy, Kilbuck, McKees Rocks, North Fayette, Oakdale, and Stowe Township.
